CHD President Responds to CDC Officially Adding COVID Shots to the Recommended Schedule
On Thursday, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced its changes for the 2023 immunization schedules, including the addition of COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters for children ages 6 months–18 years. The updates give states an option to require the shots in order for children to attend school.
